Congratulations on your engagement! You may not have visited a bridal boutique before so what should you know? Here are some of our frequently asked questions and answers to help you start out on your bridal journey. Q. Do I need to make an appointment?

A. We work by an appointment so that we can ensure you have privacy in the boutique and one to one guidance from your bridal consultant. 

Please note: Weekend appointments are very popular so we do recommend making an appointment well in advance.  We do require a credit card details to secure all Saturday and Sunday and late evening appointments.   Should you need to cancel, we ask that you please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a €25.00 cancellation fee. The deposit of € 25.00 is fully refundable unless you fail to cancel within 48 hours or do not show up for your scheduled appointment.


Q.How long is my appointment?

A. 1.5 hour

Q.How many people can I bring with me?

A. We kindly ask that you bring no more than 3 guests with you to your appointment. This will make it easier for you to stay focused and make the correct decision for yourself. 

Q. Who should I bring?

A. We recommend you bring close family members/trusted friend.

Q. May I wear false tan?

A. We kindly ask that you do not wear false tan, bronzer or excess make up.

Q. Are Alterations Included In The Price Of The Dress?

A. Alterations are NOT included in the price of your Dress. Once your dress arrives, it will almost certainly need some alterations to make it fit perfectly.  We do have a number of seamstress whom we work closely with and can recommend them to alter or tweak your dress.

Q. Do you have a seamstress?

A. We can recommend very experienced seamstress whom we work closely with.

Q. Do I need to bring anything with me?

A. No you do not need to bring anything other than yourself and an open mind to your appointment. We advise that you wear neutral coloured underwear and wear good strapless bra.

Q. Is there parking available?

A. Yes

Q. Can we bring kids?

A. We love children, however we strongly recommend not to bring them with you as they get very impatient. This can be very distractive while you are making decision on. your wedding dress.

Q. Can I take photos of the dress?

A. There are many reasons why we do not allow photos in Prestige Bridal.  The most important reason is because the dress might not fit you perfectly, therefore an image might not be great reminder. More important is how the dress made you feel!  All images of dresses are available on www.prestigebridal.info
